  Disgusting.. a work lunch with 3 others... painfully new staff on her own. Mucked one entre up in the kitchen. Came out later with apology and extra. Waited 1 hr 15 mins still no mains so we said cancel or out in takeaway NOW which they did. Had the beef rbs. .. i think the meat should fall off? (They were very big) got back to the office and opened up. .. big, heavy, one bite could barely get my teeth thru it.. sinewy and dense... spat it out and threw it away. We went there on the back on a great meal at townsville. Never again in mackay.

  Meals were swift. Always annoying when your mains are brought out at the same time as your entree. Aztec Pie the worst and most dry and tasteless of any Aztec Pie I've ever eaten at any location. Super slack service. Won't be returning here in mackay.

  I've never had a worse dining experience. The supervisor was argumentative with absolutely no people skills. When a complaint was made about a drink which was made differently then how it reads on the menu she tasted it and said it tasted fine. For a table of 8 they messed up all orders, they failed to bring drinks when ordered and then argued saying we had received them. Charged 2 meals to someone else which left us paying for their more expensive meal. It's no wonder you're going bankrupt. You may wish to start with improving your service skills and by losing your aggressive, sour faced ill mannered supervisor. You've lost long time customers tonight, thanks to your staff's behaviour.

  Drinks came out hot. Waited just over an hour for the food to come out, only for one dish to be wrong. The chips were hot and tasty but the chicken was mildly warm. Came here on holiday and I won't be back. Now I see why half the tables were empty. The worst Cactus I've ever been to. Save your time and go to hogs breath across the road
