    They break something and they don't fix it. The worst sort of customer service I have ever experienced. Amy, the service manager, is incompetent at investigating an issue. How can a seat magically break. I will be going further!

    When my repair was delayed due to missing/not ordered parts they promised to pay for a hire car in the meantime. Afterwards it took me more than 4 months, 20 phone calls, 10 emails and 5 F2F visits to get the money back.

    Omg they are the WORST people I have ever had to deal with. Booked my car in, went in that afternoon to collect. Was still sitting where I parked it that morning. No car left for me to borrow. A few days later got a bill for over $600. Paid it. Drove off car making excatly the same noise as it did when I dropped it off. Took it back. Told them to fix the noise. They then wanted to charge me again. I told them no, you take the part out and put my one back in cause it wasnt the problem. They told me I had used the new part so I started screaming in front of everyone telling them Im not paying for a part that I didnt need. I want my car fixed. After days and days, so many phone calls, I got my car booked in again. Told me they fixed it. The noise is better but still there. I was so upset with how I was treated I cant be bothered taking it back a third time. Oh and not to mention while waiting in the waiting room for almost 3 hours the amount of people coming in complaing was an eye opener. 2 people bringing cars back after they had been so called fixed. Still with problems. ( they were jeep customers) My car is Kia so delt with the girls around the side of that building. This place is a joke and I do not know how they still have customers.

    I definitely understand that and feel sorry for them - they take so many verbal beatings due to a totally malfunctioning service dept.

    Ended up getting a refund after 9 months of being stuff around and not being able to fix a head light, horrible service. Would never return calls, mechanic would attempt to fix something and break something else. fuel consumption was 20L per 100 and was told that was normal. took the car in one time and there computers were down so they kept it for a whole a day and did nothing, the list goes on, would never buy from there again

    they make repairs to cars that dont need themMy car need aircon belt and the pulley changed this they did not do instead changed the timing belt then charge me $700 FOR THEIR MISTAKE. hence aircon not fixed DONOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.Do not take your car here....

    The worst thing about owning a JEEP is to have to see these people now and then. The service level is ridiculously low/non-existing.
