    Wonderful customer service. They have made HUGE improvements. They now go out of their way to please. It was a "no hassle" service, completed on time, with friendly staff. Thank you... Nice change. :-)

    The Service Dept. was a shambles and the communication was woeful. They ordered the wrong parts, then didn't tell me the vehicle wouldn't be ready. I had to call them numerous times and each time it was a different person with a different story. Frankly possibly the worst service experience ever

    I'd agree with many of the recent reviews both here and elsewhere; Ford Mackay (River City Motors) really seem to want to create positive relationships with their customers. This is different to my experiences in the past. Matt, the new service manager, is prepared to listen to your concerns (if any) and come up with a proposal that will make you happy with the result, IF your concern is valid. So much better than in the past when there was not this level of customer support and commitment.
