  Toyota HiLux 60K service. Very disappointed with the outcome of the service. I traveled two hours from Moranbah and dropped my vehicle off at 0730. I received a loan car for the day and asked to have the windscreen wiper blades replaced and a wheel alignment completed. I was happy to receive a loan vehicle for the day however asked for the vehicle to be ready by 3pm and for Toyota to contact me if there were any complications. By 4pm I had not heard from the service department so called and was told my vehicle would be ready by 445pm. After waiting for my vehicle on site until 530pm I was told the wiper blades were not replaced (unknown reason) and wheel alignment not completed. The vehicle was under a fleet plan and the w/a was not approved. Poor communication left me frustrated and in a position with no options. If I had of known by mid day the wheel alignment was not approved I would have sought alternative measures to have completed. The vehicle was booked for in for over a week, surely the request for the w/a could have been sent a little earlier.
