    Joseph and his supervisor/boss (can't remember his name,sorry) in the Bedding department provided terrific service. Friendly! Attentive! Prompt! Efficient!

    Joseph is the man to see for great service in the bedding section at Harvey Norman. Very helpful and sincere, nothing seemed to be a problem. His manager, Clint, is always keen to do a deal.

    My mother was treated quite poorly by Mackay Harvey Norman. She ordered two King single Tempur beds about 10 weeks ago. After promises of delivery and delays she only received them today. Even the delivery was executed badly. Once she had paid the full amount the store didn't seem interested in providing service - I guess take your money and on to the next! Really poor service.

    Have received the best service ever since new franchise owner took over this year. We've had great service great prices and great range of products. We've been back multiple times and bought items and will continue to. Great team and great welcoming atmosphere.
