  My pool is only about six years old and has been serviced by Dowdens Pumping the last 2 to 3 years and with no staining or change to the surface In six years. Until I get back from time away on and off for 2 mths now the pool has patches and discolouration all over the bottom and sides. Tim the pool manager has told me if I am unhappy go somewhere else ......

  Dowdens your comment to this post are a total lie I just got 2 bills for $460. From the first time I called you were going to charge a Service fee call out the girl said !!!! You may have come the next day and you did get the biggest darkest patch removed closest to the surface but our pool still has now a very patchy surface. I also asked several times if you could send the same person out to service the pool as they would wash off the big filter in the pump shed and leave a big mess then they took the creepy crawly out one day and left it in the hot concrete the rubber shrivelled up .... there is more..... and This will be going further Dowdens !!!
