  Absolutely appalling, got 3 ultimate burger meals the gravy in all three were like water, the chicken was cold and greenish/grey rang to let the staff members know. Spoke to the "manager" Jess who was not any help wanted me to keep the food until I came back into town next so they could replace it. Wasn't happy with her response and asked to have the head office number and she put the phone down without speaking a word and I sat on the phone speaking repeatingly asking if anyone was there for 20 MINUTES with no response! I've taken videos and photo evidence so thanks for your help JESS!

  Called in about 3.30. Pm.2 people inside 2 cars going through drive in. Floors not clean paper and rubbish around . Not a good look. Food okay. Assistant trainee very polite and helpful.

  Decent KFC. A little bit slow, but fairly consistent experience and they typically get the order right without problems.

  Appalling, the chicken was all over cooked . ,the chicken didn't even taste like real KFC it tasted burnt no flavoured chicken, the staff at the nebo road KFC in Mackay shouldn't be allowed to put a product out like that, take pride in what you do, because putting out food like that for the money you pay is a joke. 30/03/17 21:18 $48.90 for food you wouldn't feed your dog. Nice one KFC!!!!!!

  This KFC always has slow service. The usual wait is 15-20 minutes. I do not understand how they can consistently be so slow. The franchisee really needs to consider his staffing to accommodate for the volume of customers. Avoid the drive thru if you want a slower service the 20 minutes, the line is often on the road.
