    The Counter team are really friendly and honestly try their best. But one star rating for a bureaucratic organisation that sends customers to collection windows to the shop and back to the collections window, whilst pensioners and business people are forced to queue (im)patiently for 15 minutes. It seems that simply too many transactions are channeled through the modern-day Post Office.....

    had some pics done at a camera shop for my passport application, the bridge road postoffice said because it had a slight shadow under my chin that the application would not go through. Only to charge/rip me off more money for some pics done by them. Later finding out they have a reputation in doing just this. Don't use these people!
