    Great place to stay. Clean, well appointed and friendly place. Lots of room for the kids to enjoy themselves and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Will be back!

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Shores. As a tourism & hospitality professional, I was excited to enjoy the excellent service from staff and their very clean, stylish modern and roomy villas. The gardens and villas were impeccable. Not too far away from the city, shopping and other attractions. The beach is a highlight! I would highly recommend staying there if you are looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable, not to mention very friendly and professionally managed accommodation in Mackay.
