    Obviously have enough clients. When I asked for a price on a replacement part for my car the guy just shrugged and said "I'd have to look it up" and just stood there - obviously with no intention of doing so. He then said "and i'd have to order it in - you're better off going somewhere else". Yes, somewhere with decent customer service. We've just moved to Mackay and won't be taking our 2 cars there for servicing.
