  Took the car into Mackay auto tech left it there for an hour and when I returned to pick the car up I as advised that it had failed to my surprise as it had only had one done 3 weeks prior. The lady told me what was wrong all I was given was a list written out on the computer, no evidence to show that the brakes had failed even though they had done a brake test but I was never given the results. Plus they said the brake cylinder were leaking and also the engine mount seal was split as again never showed me what was wrong or evidence I just took there word.

  As I am moving counties I am selling the car, so the mechanic that done it 3 weeks ago was to busy to do the new road worthy on it as I had a new person buying the car. I looked up on my phone who could do a road worthy stupidity I picked Mackay auto tech.

  So told I took it back to the machanic that done the road worthy 3 weeks ago car pasted what a surprise not !!

  The machanic even showed me under the car while the car was up on the car lift and they showed me there was no leaking brake cylinders and that the engine mount was not split, plus I also got a record of the brake test that had been performed showing that the brakes were fine.

  I brought my car off a family friend 3 weeks ago, the car come with a road worthy cerf that had been done that day that I brought the car.

  I have used Auto tech for a few years now for my car servicing and I have been extremely impressed every time. They go above and beyond expectations, have AWSOME customer service and are honest and very affordable. Do yourselves a favour and take your vehicles there. They are a one stop shop and very professional.

  Travelling down south with 3 small kids and a dog. Aircon wasn't cooling. I rang, they were booked until the next day. After hearing my situation they fit us in no questions. Fully explained what to expect. Very honest. Fast, friendly service. Female mechanic knew her stuff more than most the men! 100% recommend this company to everyone. Saved our arses! Thanks guys
