  Also ask them how long the warranty is on daiken parts after the main warranty runs out ... they will say no warranty on spare parts but diaken says 12 months. How shoddy is that ?

  I have always used O'Hara Super Air for my air conditioners. This year, I chose to take advantage of their Winter Servicing Discount. The customer service from both office staff and tradesmen was exceptional. They were very prompt with responding to all of my concerns. Overall, very good experience. I would definitely recommend the team at O'Hara's!

  I've rung Fujitsu and was referred to O'Hara. As I had problems with 3 aircons - one sprayed a mist, one is VERY loud and one doesn't turn off and on, I contacted you.

  Purchased a few airconditioners from this firm and the sales and installation team were very good but when it came to service and customer care after the event ... they don't care and I'm not very happy.
