  As much as everyone hates centrelink, this centrelink is pretty nice inside, staff know what they are doing and they have dedicated staff helping the people on the computers aswell. This building feels spacious, clean and not over crowded. So when you find yourself regrettably having to goto centrelink for what ever reason, at least be glad it's this one.

  that # provided(132468) is a waste of time....wanted to enquire about a letter they'd sent about my pension & its content....all you get is an auto-voice telling you to speak briefly about your problem....then following this All it tells/asks you is if youre calling about the new 2017 assets test &/or what other numbers you can call Or what you can research on their website.....no bloody help at all!.

  Best Centrelink I've ever walked into staff are polite and non judgmental they work through the lines quicker than I have Ever seen. I appreciate the work these guys do it's a pretty thankless job so thank you

  Long, long wait times. I have been here several times and the average wait time is about 35 minutes. They need to start utilising more staff. The only positive is it is quicker than using the phone service.
