  By far the worst and most unprofessional real estate we have ever come across. Applied for a place 4 weeks ago but no response from their end at all. Rang their office few times but never got to speak to the property manager katie and no reply to the email I sent to them. A simple yes or no answer can't be that hard you would think.....never ever going back to them

  The worst realstate branch we have ever experienced. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour of the agents- Ketie and the other woman. They were not helpful at all during inspection of the house, it seemed like they are doing a favour to letting us see the house. And they said they will let us know decision yes or no within 48 hours. But after calling and emailing them, they didn't care at all to contact us further. Our other community friends also suggested us to avoid Mackay PRD as many of them have same experience. I will advice Mackay PRD- hey, its high time to try to improve yourself.

  drag you down and cause you Personal and Economic Harm, Renter or Landlord. I use Elders in Mackay as a Landlord. No problems there. Good Luck.

  We have been working with the team PRDnationwide to lease out our home in the new year. We have recieved a lot of valuable information and advice on how to make our home work efficiently as a investment home. So we won't be vacant for long. Very professional team. Thank you. Highly recommended.

  Hope my Review brings PRDnationwide Mackay down to 1 star, should be 0. Cleaning Unit now. Can’t wait to get away from this Toxic Real Estate Agency, Toxic Property Manager Vivienne Papu, Toxic Bully Tenants Corsair Units Dolphin Heads, Landlords with no integrity. Body Corporate - Owners - PRD have encouraged an entrenched Bully Culture at Corsair Units for Years. 2 Top Dog Bullies who belong to a Booze & Bad Manners Club pick up some palm fronds & sometimes mow the lawn. This means Body Corporate - Owners - PRD don’t care what these Bullies & their friends do to other Tenants. Before me these Bullies tried to get rid of Tenants from at least 2 other Units. So queer they thought they could get rid of one lot of Tenants who rented from their friends. Drunken Male Bullies were abusing me & swearing at me in the night. The female partner of one Male Bully then attacked me at the clothesline. Claiming she had Witnesses I had not been sworn at & abused by her drunken Partner & another Male. This queer woman had also been playing Games with a Carport owned by an absent Landlord. Playing Tenants as if it was her Top Dog “bone” she decided who could use. Same as she a Tenant decided who could live here and not. Then suddenly an anonymous False Complaint was made against me in the name of anonymous plural “neighbours”. I was misled to believe it was my adjoining Male neighbour. It seems only my trying to defend against him finally had PRD and BCS Body Corporate Services come clean after almost a Fortnight this Innocent man, whom Bullies had also tried to get rid of, had Nothing to do with any False Malicious Complaint. This is a Case of Denial of Natural Justice being reported to Commissioner for Body Corporate & Community Management. Bullies tried to make me Homeless and also made me very Sick. I was physically ill. Papu, PRD, Larissa Radford from BCS Body Corporate, Owners supported Dangerous Malicious Bully Liars. To date all have refused to supply copy of (written) Complaint so no defence can be made against what has been written by Malicious Tenant(s) that has been served up as Complaint by neighbours. There is no substance to the Complaint but I was given Breach Notice. At same time PRD and BCS claim offences committed against me are a Civil matter. I have not disregarded any By-Laws. It’s wholly manufactured Complaint and Breach. Denial of Natural Justice. No Stat Decs. No apology. No remedy. This is Violent, Dangerous and Heinous. Stay well away from this hideous Real Estate Agency. High likelihood it will

  We recently rented through PRD and they were great. We were there for about a year and a half. Our property manager Rebecca was very helpful and responded quickly to any issues we had. It was great to finally find an Estate agent that was willing to help out and communicated well. Thanks Rebecca and the rest of the PRD team.
