  Great staff that provide excellent service and good advice. Looked after my investment property very well and then sold the property quickly and for a good price in the current market. Wish I had of moved my property across to them sooner.

  Be aware if you do rent through them that they in my opinion "miss things" on their entry condition report and then attempt to take it out of your bond. This has been our experience and looks like we are not the only ones. This may even be a case for the ombudsman as far as we are concerned as it appears to be a common theme and its not right.

  Why was I not surprised to see terrible reviews and other people in shock and awe at the extremely rude and unprofessional manner in which jenny conducts herself. Nice as pie to the property owners no doubt but has an absolutely disgusting attitude towards renters, don't forget not all of us have been or always will be renters.

  I'm happy with jenny she is get have not had any problems and the staff are fantastic, if u do right by any real estate they will do right and be looked after

  Jenny Cameron - My rating is based from the 3 month battle where you withheld our bond illegally. Only through mediation did I get it returned. You were not willing to negotiate prior to mediation. You claimed many things against us that were incorrect which is why it was ruled in our favour.

  And yes of course we are beginning to have problems with them in regards to having our bond returned as have many other people here. Effectively trying to make us pay for something we shouldn't just because they can.

  I can only wish I had looked at some reviews or even trusted our gut instincts not to rent off this real estate, as soon as we met jenny, we were met with the most horrible attitude and non existent customer service I have experienced in a real estate (which is saying something!) and my partner and I nearly just walked out of the office there and then, and now we wish we had.
