  I did believe they can do it for me but they didn't want to. As other day my friend went to another Telstra shop and someone sort out her problem which is I also wanted to do the same.

  Do not even want to give them 1 star. The down stairs shop has terriable service & after calling 12 times in 1 day still no answer and after leaving messages to call me back.... still nothing. Then go in there... for the 2nd time to be told to wait 1 &1/2 hours... then walk past 45 minutes later & 4 staff chatting behind the counter and serving noone....

  So, apparently this store isn't owned by Telstra but actually Vita Group (or something similar). This means that when you make an online or telephone order and go to collect your phone instore, they refuse to follow through because they "aren't owned by Telstra". So you must complete the entire order again in person. Infact, they let us know that none of the Telstra stores in the Mackay region are owned by Telstra. After pleading with them just to give us the phone that we ordered, they said that they can't just "give away" phones. After calling Telstra again, the lady on the phone wanted to talk to the instore lady, but the store didn't want to do this and said there was nothing they could do with an online order.

  Not even worth one star. Never going there again and I'll be telling all my friends to do everything online from now on.

  Wait patiently to buy a new sim, they weren't super busy. No hello. No i"ll be with you shortly, just blatantly ignored. Gave up and walked out. An evil necessity unfortunately.

  Nothing help after waiting for 30 mins and wants to change the plan to suit my situation then they just said " call the services number "

  telstra has sent me someone acc info and phone no on my bill tried to fix it but this store did not want to know about it at all UN helpful would not trust this store
