    Great service and staff! I ordered a cake from Brisbane in Mackay for my mother's BIG important birthday. Staff were very efficient and accommodating. The fresh white sponge cake of course will be lovely with fresh cream, as I have been ordering these for years in Brisbane. Thank you to the bakery staff and main switch! This is a very under-sung product and service that Coles provides- Kim Martin Clayfield Brisbane

    Today (7-11-17) at 3.30pm I was at the only checkout open (2nd register from the express, self service area) where the staff member no 1 - didn’t acknowledge my presence 2 - kept talking to another staff member behind me about what seemed to a personal conversation about a 19yr old girl that had nothing to do with them or myself & 3 - I had to physically look at the cash register to see how much I owed, not asked if I had a flybuys card etc, nothing, they couldn’t or wouldn’t stop talking as if I wasn’t there. The worst shopping experience! Very disappointed in Mt Pleasant Coles.
